Cycleworks have been selling Brompton bikes for the last 15 years and we firmly believe that there’s nothing to match the British engineering. You could have a smaller wheel to decrease the size of the bike, but this hinders the ride quality. Alternatively you could have a larger wheel which may improve ride quality but this would then increase the size of the bike. Brompton have the combination of fold ability & ride ability making them the perfect commuting companion.
Choosing your Brompton
We keep a variety of models in stock for immediate purchase but if something a little bit special tempts you then click here to build your own Brompton. As an example, a popular model is the M3L- 3 speed, M type (conventional) handlebar, mudguards and no rack. This would cost £730 with the Schwalbe Marathon puncture resistant tyres fitted.
