This years TARA bikes see significant changes over what was an already well regarded range.
Most significantly, the travel has been fixed at 150mm (6 inches) which is the top end of the previous years' travel range. The bike geometry can now be altered with a tool-free adjustment of the suspension linkages to give a lower ride height and slacker frame geometry for riding more technical trails.
Marin's Attack Trail comes with a top spec Fox 32 TALAS RLC fork with lockout giving 100mm - 140mm of travel and compression and rebound damping adjustment. The rear shock is a Fox RP23 that also provides a wide range of damping possibilities to suit your riding style.
The wheels feature Mavic XM-719 rims and Hope hubs with the rear hub having a 10mm through axle for added stiffness, while gear shifting is performed by 2 way Shimano XT levers and XT front and rear derailleurs.
Hope Mono M4 hydraulic disc brakes provide eye-popping power and control.
