The East Peak has been many people's first introduction to full suspension riding for many years now. This year there have been further improvements to the QUAD format, bringing all the linkages inside the main triangle, out of the way of mud and driving the rear shock directly off them.
Marin have also pushed the travel up to 5 inches (120mm) on all of their QUAD XC bikes resulting in supple all-terrain munching machines.
The East Peak comes with a high level of specification, including a Marzocchi MX Pro fork, a Shimano hub / Mavic XM-117 wheelset and Shimano LX 2 way shifters with an LX rear derailleur.
Avid Juicy 3 hydraulic disc brakes offer dependable and well modulated stopping action.
