If the P series are legends of the hardtail range, so the Five series bikes have earned that title in Orange's full suspension range. The range has been continously refined and updated over the years and is now designed around today's long travels forks, up to 150mm. This year further developments includes a new folded section downtube to increase strength and a dropped top tube to give added standover height. Clearly Orange believe it's the details that count.
The Five SE is equipped with the multi adjustable Fox Float 32 RLC 140mm forks and a Fox RP23 ProPedal rear shock. Top flight shifting is courtesy of SRAM X-0 shifters and rear derailleur with a Race Face Deus crankset all contributing to lowering the weight and increasing the performance of the bike. Dependable Hope hubs are mated to WTB SpeedDisc AM rims forming a tough wheelset.
Hope Mono Mini hydraulic disc brakes give downhill confidence and the package is finished off with the amazing Fizik Gobi saddle supported by a Thomson Elite seatpost. Carbon fibre Easton EC70 handlebars complete the picture.
