Intense Cycles are based in Temecula, California in the United States and made their name with the legendary M1 downhill bike of the early nineties.
But Intense don't just make downhill bikes. The Spider is a real XC machine with 4 inches or rear travel using VPP technology to give a supple ride while at the same time ensuring great traction on climbs. It is designed to take an 80 - 100mm fork and comes equipped with a Fox RP23 rear shock with ProPedal.
The level of detailing is very high on this frame, which is made from Easton bi-oval flared tubing including disc mounts and hose guides and very neat dropouts.
