Workshop

Cytech trainingAt Cycleworks all our mechanics are experts (Cytech level II trained) so you can trust us to do a professional job on your pride and joy.

We offer a wide range of servicing, repairs, wheel building and suspension servicing/tuning, with a pricing menu for most routine work.

All our repairs are done on a job by job basis. We see the bike, assess it and quote you for the work that’s needed (the assessment is free). If you decide not to go ahead there’s no charge.

All repairs need to be booked in, we have a preference to see the bicycle(s) first, however we will quote on arrival. Please remember that if you’ve not booked in we’ll still assess the bike, however you may have to bring the bike back in on the agreed appointment day.

First service free of charge, up to 8 weeks dependent on usage.

Suspension servicing

We try to do as much as we can in house, sometimes a fork or shock will be sent back to manufacturer for parts replacement.

Wheel building

All wheels will be built with DT spokes (unless specified), checked with a spoke tension meter and spoke/nipple thread lock applied.
